ITINERARY:
- warm up/stretch
- technique
- learn routines in pom and hip hop
- learn a cheer and/or sideline
- Q & A with the captains and current team members

- athletic/dance attire, form fitting, presentable
- tennis shoes
- jazz shoes/half soles
- hair down
- bring hair ties to put your hair up for technique
- minimal jewelry
